This report provides summary and analysis of the 2012 Disability Management Employer Coalition’s biennial survey which tracks employer strategies, advancements, prevalence and effectiveness in the area of Behavioral Risk Management. These findings build on the results from the 2006, 2008 and 2010 studies, providing an opportunity to identify changes in employer trends.
