Corporate Return to Work Policies

During late 2011 and early 2012, the Burton Blatt Institute with the support of its Employer Research Consortium conducted a national study of corporate return to work (RTW) policies and practices. The report provides insight as to why employers do or do not have a formal RTW program and identifies employer strategies that protect the productivity of their workforce.
