California Employers Face Two April 1 Deadlines

Just in case the March 31 deadline to send employees Form 1095-Cs wasn’t enough, California employers have two April 1 deadlines. The deadlines are for a new Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL) poster and notice and for revised anti-harassment policies.
