JAN Adding Integrated Program Model to ADA Compliance Resources

JAN Compliance Resources

To better assist employers with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, the Job Accommodation Network (JAN) is adding an ADA program development module to its free services.

JAN is a frequent presenter at DMEC conferences, including its recent 2016 DMEC FMLA/ADA Employer Compliance Conference session, “Missteps Matter: Strategies for Effectively Navigating the Interactive Process.” And the education goes both ways. While presenting tools and strategies for managing individual ADA accommodations to employers, JAN took note of DMEC’s approach to integrated absence management (IAM), which includes disability case management.
