New EEOC Notices and Penalties

The Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC) has issued answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the recent wellness program regulations and has issued a sample notice employers can use to comply with the regulations. The EEOC has also announced increased penalties for violations of the notice posting requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA).
