Millennials. The workforce of today and tomorrow. They aren’t like your father. A lot has been written about how differently Millennials behave in the workplace, but do you know how to manage their time away from work on a medically-driven leave?

According to Pew Research,1 in 2015 Millennials passed Boomers as the most populous age group in America. And that gap will continue to widen. That means, as Boomers retire, the workforce is increasingly populated by Millennials.
