Webinar Recording: The Multigenerational Movement Toward Paid Family Leave

DMECResources, VEF Archives

The changing benefits landscape of paid parental and family leaves is one of the biggest challenges employers face. More and more companies are adding policies that allow an employee a defined number of weeks of paid leave to care for newborns, elderly parents, a sick spouse, or themselves if they’re having a medical issue.

Among strategies related to recruiting, talent retention, and better management of work/family life balance, this session explored the need for multigenerational paid family leaves.
