Webinar Recording: Understanding Leave as an ADA Accommodation

The most common accommodation request under the ADA is leave. Unfortunately, not all employers are capturing these requests, and when they do, they struggle to determine what is reasonable. This session used EEOC guidance and case law from across the country to provide examples of what has been deemed reasonable under different circumstances and how those conclusions were reached.
