For the first time in our workplace history, between four and five generations are actively participating in the labor force. Millennials now comprise the largest portion of the U.S. labor force, and garner a lot of attention. However, Generation Z is graduating from high school and college and will soon be entering the workplace. Employers have long been talking about how to engage Millennials, but Generation Z brings a totally different set of expectations.
