Idaho

Idaho has updated the ‘Equal Opportunity is the Law’ posting that all employers statewide are required to display to their employees. The posting has new human resource information, updated formatting, and several text changes.

Michigan

Michigan has updated the ‘Unemployment Insurance’ posting that all employers statewide are required to display to their employees. The postings contact information and formatting have been updated.

November 2017

Connecticut

Connecticut has updated the ‘Discrimination’ posting that all employers statewide are required to display to their employees. The posting now includes veterans in the protected classes section.

Maryland

Maryland has updated the ‘Unemployment Insurance Benefits’ posting that all employers statewide are required to display to their employees. The posting has updated contact information and also received several grammatical corrections.

Miami Beach, Florida

Miami Beach, Florida requires all employers citywide display the ‘Miami Beach Discrimination’ posting to their employees.

Minneapolis, Minnesota

Minneapolis, Minnesota has updated the ‘Minneapolis Minimum Wage & Paid Sick Leave’ posting that all employers citywide are required to display to their employees. The posting was reformatted and new minimum wage information was also added.

New Mexico

New Mexico has updated the ‘Workers’ Compensation Act’ posting that all employers are required to display to their employees; this is a bilingual English and Spanish posting. The posting has been updated with new agency contact information and phone numbers.

Ohio

Ohio has updated the ‘Workers’ Compensation’ posting with new information regarding time for filing claims.

Washington

Washington has updated the ‘Unemployment Benefits’ posting that all employers statewide are required to display to their employees. The posting has been updated with updated agency telephone availability.

Wisconsin

Wisconsin has updated the ‘Unemployment Insurance Benefits, Notice To Employees’ posting that all employers statewide are required to display to their employees. The posting has a new fill-in-the-blank box that must be filled out with the employer’s business name and address.
