State & Local Posting Requirements

California

California has updated the ‘Safety & Health Protection on the Job’ posting that all employers statewide are required to display to their employees. The posting has been updated with text updates and an increase to penalty amounts. California has also added a ‘Transgender Rights’ posting that all employers statewide are required to display to their employees

Nevada

Nevada has updated the following three postings with a new director’s name. All employers statewide are required to display these postings to their employees: Minimum Wage Annual Bulletin, Daily Overtime Bulletin, and Domestic Violence Victim’s Bulletin

New Jersey

New Jersey has updated the ‘Discrimination in Places of Public Accommodation’ posting that all employers statewide are required to display to their employees. The posting has been updated to include service in the U.S. Armed Forces.

North Carolina

North Carolina has updated the ‘Workers’ Compensation Notice’ posting that all employers statewide are required to display to their employees. The posting has been updated with a new mailing address.

Washington

Washington has updated the ‘Your Rights as a Worker in Washington State’ posting that all employers statewide are required to display to their employees. The posting has been reformatted and has new paid sick leave information.
