State & Local Posting Requirements

Alaska has updated the ‘Summary of Alaska Wage & Hour Act’ posting with the new statewide minimum wage of $9.84 per hour, and the ‘Safety and Health Protection on the Job’ posting with various text updates. All employers statewide are required to display these postings to their employees.


San Francisco, California has updated the following three postings: The ‘San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance’ has been updated with updated benefit costs. The ‘San Francisco Paid Parental Leave Ordinance’ posting has been updated with new formatting.
