HR, benefits, and disability professionals too often find themselves inundated with reports from their carriers or third-party administrators (TPAs). As stand-alone documents, this information highlights specific costs or incidence levels only. However, it often doesn’t clarify the real drivers behind the numbers or paint a holistic picture.
This webinar will highlight key findings from the 2018 DMEC Benchmarking Pulse Survey. Presenters will discuss how to operationalize benchmarking data into actionable information through the use of a case study, and will also dive into the future state of managing data holistically through integration of medical and disability.
