State & Local Posting Requirements

Belmont, California has released a new ‘Minimum Wage’ posting that all employers are required to display. The posting contains the new Belmont minimum wage rate of $12.50 per hour.

Los Angeles, California has updated the ‘Los Angeles Minimum Wage and Paid Sick Leave’ posting with new minimum wage rates of $13.25 per hour for employers with 26 or more employees, and $12.00 per hour for employers with 25 or fewer employees.

San Francisco, California has updated the ‘San Francisco Minimum Wage’ posting with the new minimum wage rate of $15.00 per hour, and released a new ‘San Francisco Salary History’ posting.

San Leandro, California has increased updated the ‘San Leandro Minimum Wage’ posting with the new minimum wage rate of $13.00 per hour. All employers in San Leandro are required to display this posting to their employees in English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese and Tagalog.


Georgia has updated the ‘Unemployment Insurance for Employees’ posting with new information on how to file.


Kentucky has updated the ‘Kentucky Child Labor Law’ posting with significant text changes.


Nevada has updated two postings, ‘Workers’ Compensation’ and ‘Safety and Health Protection on the job’, with a new office address.
