State & Local Posting Requirements

Emeryville, California has updated the ‘Emeryville Labor Laws’ posting with new minimum wage rates of $15.69 per hour for employers with 56 or more employees and $15.00 per hour for employers with 55 or fewer employees.

Milpitas, California has updated two postings, ‘Milpitas Minimum Wage’ and ‘Milpitas Know Your Rights’, with the new minimum wage rate of $13.50 per hour. All employers in Milpitas are required to display these postings in English, Chinese and Vietnamese.
