Tracey Ferstler

Tracey started at MetLife in 2004 as a vocational rehabilitation counselor in the group disability product. Over her nine years in group disability, she worked in the areas of TAM, STD, LTD, and clinical operations as a disability consultant and senior operations manager. After leaving the disability operation, Tracey spent three years with group dental as the director of vendor and channel management. She then spent time as part of the process excellence team as an assistant vice president, partnering with the global claims organization on the planning and execution of various transformational initiatives. Most recently, Tracey has assumed responsibility for MetLife's return to health and network management organizations. Tracey is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology.

Michael B. Weiner
Director, EY Assist
Ernst & Young LLP

Mike joined EY in 2015 after serving more than two decades in the employee assistance and behavioral health fields.  At EY, Mike leads an internal clinical team and also manages a number of vendors that together comprise the EY Assist program where he supports the US firm by providing guidance and resources to individuals, teams, and leadership while also responding to local and national tragedies. Mike played a key role in developing EY’s nationally recognized campaign "We Care" to address the stigma of mental illness and addictions.  Prior to EY, Mike worked for Anthem as a clinical account manager and as the director of account management at Managed Health Network (MHN), the behavioral health division of Health Net, Inc. Mike has a Masters in science and social work from Columbia University, and a BS in psychology from Binghamton.
