Vincent Branchesi is a workforce expert and a leading voice of MetLife’s Employee Benefits Trend Study. A recognized thought-leader, Branchesi shares his thoughts and expertise on how employers can adapt and stay relevant with today’s evolving workforce, allowing them to attract, engage, and retain the best talent. Prior to discovering his passion for the evolution of the workplace, Branchesi was part of MetLife's product strategy team which oversaw the accident & health business and improved customized plan design capabilities. He has also overseen focused marketing efforts for some of the largest employee benefits brokerage and consulting firms in the United States. In addition, Branchesi serves as the current chairman of LIMRA’s workplace benefits advisory board, an industry association of the largest group benefit carriers in the United States.

Tracey Ferstler, Ph.D.

Tracey started at MetLife in 2004 as a vocational rehabilitation counselor in the group disability product department. Over her nine years in group disability, she worked in the areas of TAM, STD, LTD, and clinical operations as a disability consultant and senior operations manager. She then spent three years with group dental as the director of vendor and channel management. For the last two years she has been part of the process excellence team as an assistant vice president, partnering with the Global Claims Organization on the planning and execution of various transformational initiatives. Most recently, Tracey has been overseeing MetLife's clinical return to health organization, and our network management teams. Tracey is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology.
