In this webinar, we will dive into ADA definitions and requirements, and what they specifically mean for employers. Join us as we explore how the ADA interacts with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other leave laws, its connection with mental health support and accommodations, and how it relates to your organization’s own disability program.

Annie is responsible for oversight of Lincoln Financial Group’s absence management products, including FMLA, ADA, and company paid leave. Annie assists in the development and market release of product enhancements, ensuring the services are market competitive and meet customer needs. During her 24 years with Lincoln she has held various roles, including one with the market intelligence team where she focused on competitive insights and market trends for the organization. Annie has extensive experience in disability product lines including STD, LTD, statutory, and value-adds. 

Melissa Michuda
Return to Work Consultant

Melissa is a return to work consultant at Lincoln Financial Group. She has over 18 years of industry experience and serves as a subject matter expert on accommodation services, RTW SAW, and ADA. In her current role she helps to educate employers on the services and value-adds surrounding Lincoln's vocational operations and accommodation services. She also conducts regular training on trends, ergonomics, and ADA updates for Lincoln's clinical department.
