How Holistic Wellness Helps Employees Navigate Challenging Times

From financial insecurity to health concerns, the coronavirus pandemic has impacted the mental health of millions of U.S. employees, according to MetLife’s new mental wellness report.1 In the study, roughly one-third of employees polled say their mental health is not good. In fact, two in three employees feel more stressed in the wake of COVID-19.

The pandemic has a profound and evolving impact on how the world is experiencing work, family, and community. However, one thing remains constant; employers who understand their employees’ experiences and needs and help them manage their challenges inside and outside the workforce will have a more engaged and productive workforce.

Below are three ways employers can holistically support their workforce during periods of adversity, while creating resiliency for the future.
