Corporate social responsibility (CSR) can benefit organizations in many ways. Studies suggest approximately 85% of consumers have a more positive impression of a company that supports a cause they care about, while 70% of millennials acknowledge a company’s commitment to CSR strongly influences their decision to work there.
This session explored how integrated CSR programs with clearly defined goals can have a far greater reach than standard approaches such as employee matching, corporate sponsorships, and company volunteer days. We discussed how employers can implement and achieve optimal CSR program objectives so they’re relevant to all stakeholders. Attendees walked away with an understanding of the benefits and business considerations of CSR programs in order to build a stronger workforce.
