Tuesday, Sept. 21

9:00 am PT | 12:00 pm ET

In 2020, employers saw a significant increase in demand for mental health services as workers faced unprecedented challenges. Employees have endured 16 months of challenges and stressors, functioning in a state of high alert and frequent anxiety. This is producing a mental health crisis of unprecedented proportions, in turn, negatively impacting the mental health and resilience of everyone. Employers are searching for new and innovative ways to provide support to their employees. As we move towards reopening and return to in-person work for many, addressing the worsening mental health issues will be critical.

Join us for this session as we explore the key findings from a recent national survey showing how U.S. employers are managing the rising mental health challenges in the workplace. Hear what employers can offer to provide support to employees through all stages of mental health, and walk away with an understanding of the newest virtual and technology-enabled programs and resources companies are using to support their employees to drive greater engagement and adoption.

This webinar will be 90 minutes to allow for additional Q&A.
