2021 Tools & Tactics Webinar: Ready, Set, Go! The Evolution of PFML Preparedness

Jennifer NelsonTools & Tactics, Webinars

Thursday, Sept. 30

9:00 am PT | 12:00 pm ET

Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) is becoming an increasingly prevalent benefit as additional jurisdictions pass legislation to support their employees. As more legislation is approved, the challenge of learning the nuances of each new law while complying with every specific offering, coordinating with other employee benefits, and ensuring equitable access to benefits for all employees is putting added pressure on employers and HR departments.

In this webinar, you will hear survey results from individuals regarding the struggles they’ve experienced, how they are approaching PFML offerings, and the concerns they have as this benefit is implemented more broadly. Presenters will share tips and best practices to persevere through the various complexities and pain points of PFML implementations.
