Virtual Compliance Conference Scheduled for April

On April 27, 2022, DMEC will host a one-day virtual conference for those who were not able to attend the 2022 DMEC FMLA/ADA Employer Compliance Conference in Los Angeles. The 2022 DMEC Virtual Compliance Conference will run from 11 am through 5 pm ET and include four of the highest-rated sessions from the in-person conference as well as a roundtable networking session. Nominate an Emerging Leader

Help us recognize individuals who are creating innovative solutions for leave and disability challenges and demonstrating leadership skills within their organizations, the industry, and/or DMEC.

Some examples of demonstrated solutions and leadership include:

  • Development of streamlined organizational processes for effective and compliant leave management
  • Enhancement of programs that support absence and disability management
  • Creation of communication and/or engagement methods to support a hybrid workforce
  • Contribution to the development of state or federal legislation for absence and/or disability policies

The nomination period for the 2022 DMEC Emerging Leader Award runs through April 29, and the 2022 award winner will be recognized during the 2022 DMEC Annual Conference, Aug. 1-4, 2022, at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Denver, CO. Submit your nomination today.
