Webinar Recording: How to Develop a Leave Compliance Process

Jai HookerResources, Tools & Tactics Archives

Every company needs a compliance process in all aspects of their operations to make sure employees are treated fairly and within legal guidelines. With many companies hiring rapidly, it is important to both establish, and then clearly articulate, your compliance process. This way, you can be sure new hires and existing employees are aware of your policies and how they are affected by them.

In this webinar, we walked through what a leave compliance process should look like and how HR teams can ensure that both new and long-standing employees are aware of company and legal policies. Additionally, we explored how to audit your policies and ensure transparency to help attract and retain employees. Attendees left armed with best practices for successful process implementation and an understanding of how technology can improve compliance and reduce the chance for mistakes.
