As we wrapped up National Family Caregiver Month in November, the burden is real and does not end! We focused on unique challenges faced by caregivers of individuals who have served in the military.
In this session, we explored trends in military caregiving demographics — from who provides the care to the common situations leading to the need for caregiving and its duration. We dove into the distinctive challenges caregivers confront and practical steps your organization can take to provide support and alleviate difficulties. You walked away with information about the resources available to service member caregivers and emerging trends and issues facing all caregivers.
