Webinar Recording: Moving the Needle on Mental Health – Tips & Strategies For Effective Well-being

Jai HookerResources, Tools & Tactics Archives

Mental health support is part of every savvy employer’s benefit offerings, and for good cause. When employees are mentally well, they are more likely to be physically healthier and more productive, active, and engaged in the workplace. Additionally, mental health resources play a key role in employee attraction and retention which is increasingly important as research shows nearly half of the U.S. population is job searching amid the “Great Resignation.”

During this session, we shared market findings on the growing need for employers to offer their employees a mental well-being solution and reviewed available wellness strategies. We explored how employees can engage in care and what options are available for helping employees return to work from a disability or leave of absence.
