Christy Traupe
SVP, Claims and Absence
FINEOS

Christy Traupe is the Senior Vice President, Claims and Absence, at FINEOS, reflecting over 20 years of experience in disability and absence management. Prior to her position at FINEOS, she spent 11 years at Reed Group and held several different roles, including director of operations, and director of product and quality. During her time at Reed Group, she was the business owner responsible for the service product and the disability and absence management software. Christy then spent almost four years in the employer space at DaVita. She led the leave of absence and the health and welfare teams during her time at DaVita. She also represented DaVita on the National Business Group on Health Board.

Christy holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Metropolitan State University.

Joanna Floyd
Product Manager
FINEOS

Joanna brings over 20 years of knowledge and experience to FINEOS Integrated Disability and Absence Management (IDAM) products, supporting new business activities and interfacing with clients to consult on absence, accommodations, claims and SaaS product solutions. She is responsible for providing strategy support and identifying market trends to meet product market needs and integration with client HR software systems. Using market trends to guide employer needs, Joanna provides guidance on system enhancement opportunities and supporting documentation within the SaaS framework.

Joanna has leave and disability experience as a case manager, business analyst, claim operations director, project manager, and director of implementations. This includes work in partnership with operational and compliance subject matter experts to design and validate absence management systems, and provide enhancement opportunities to reduce manual work while increasing productivity, efficiency, and workflow opportunities.

Joanna received her master’s degree in Management and Public Administration from the University of Phoenix.
