Webinar Recording: Time Away from Work Trends

Jai HookerResources, Tools & Tactics Archives

Employers across all industries are scrambling to stay competitive and keep up with the latest leave and time off trends. In this session, attendees learned what other employers are doing and considering for the future of their bonding and family caregiving programs, short-term disability, and general time off such as sick, vacation, and PTO.

We also explored insights on emerging time off programs such as sabbatical and emergency leave, and how to ensure your time away from work programs align with broader corporate initiatives such as diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) programs. Attendees walked away with ideas on how to enhance or evolve your existing programs.
