Make a Reservation

The discounted daily rate for DMEC conference attendees is $251 USD plus taxes/fees and a $2.50 per room/per night city tax. Make your reservation by July 12, 2024 to receive the discounted rate. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, which is refundable if the reservation is canceled 24 hours prior to arrival.

Parking

Daily self-parking is available at a 25% DMEC discounted rate.

Dining Options

The Gaylord Opryland Resort’s dining options offers a variety of casual, quick-service dining options for you to enjoy during your stay with upscale menus inspired by the tastes, aromas, sights and sounds of some of your favorite destinations. Start your morning off right with a classic American breakfast buffet at Cascades American Cafe. For those of us on the go, enjoy a sweet or savory treat from Cinnabon or Auntie Anne’s or stop by Delta Marketplace, Conservatory Cafe, or Cocoa Bean for fresh Starbucks coffee and delicious grab n’ go items.

Later, enjoy fresh, flavorful American classics for lunch and dinner at Fuse Sports Bar & Lounge, Cascades American Cafe, Jack Daniel’s, and Solario Cantina. You can even stop by Paisano’s Pizzaria & Vino for a specialty pizza or build your own burger at Stax. Indulge in fine dining and unique culinary experiences at Old Hickory Steakhouse or Ravello. Don’t forget to save room for frozen dessert from Bravo Gelato or Carvel and then end your day with friends and colleagues toasting cocktails at The Falls Bar & Lounge!

Support Your Association

We continue to make every effort to keep registration costs at a minimum for conference attendees. One way we do this is to negotiate a hotel room rate with the headquarters hotel, Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, with the expectation that the majority of attendees will stay at the hotel. However, if the hotel room commitment is not met, DMEC will be penalized. To make sure there are no negative financial implications to DMEC and future conferences, we strongly encourage conference attendees to stay at the headquarters hotel.
