Regional Compliance Update Webinars

Each session in the four-part Regional Compliance Update webinar series focuses on a different region of the United States, bringing you the latest developments in circuit court decisions, legislative updates, state worker’s compensation changes, and other critical compliance news. During each webinar, you will receive key information to keep your absence and disability management programs compliant.

Continuing Education

All DMEC webinars are eligible for continuing education credit for Professional/Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) and SHRM Certified Professional/Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP). Some DMEC webinars qualify for continuing education credit for Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS), Associate Disability Management Specialist (ADMS), and Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS). To qualify for CEU credit:
  • You must attend for the required number of minutes. Once the viewing requirement has been met, you can download your certificate of attendance with CEU verification/activity ID codes from the “Continuing Education” widget or the post-webinar email. Partial viewing does not qualify for CEU credit.
  • You must register for and watch the webinar individually for the required number of minutes. Group participation does not qualify for CEU credit.

DMEC webinars may be eligible for other CEUs; however, you must check with your certification provider for requirements.
