We host two national conferences each year—the Annual International Conference and the Behavioral Risk in the Workplace Conference.

The DMEC Annual International Conference is a 4-day conference that is recognized as the premier employer forum for the latest developments in IDAM, absence, health and productivity featuring leading speakers and innovative products/services.

The Behavioral Risk in the Workplace Conference is a two-day intensive conference that delves into nearly every aspect of behavioral workplace risk. It provides actionable ideas, practical advice, and proven strategies to help you succeed in managing and preventing behavioral risk.

Educational Events

In addition to conferences and chapter meetings, DMEC hosts online education in the form of the Virtual Education Forum (free to the public) and Tools & Tactics webinars (free for members), as well as the annual Leadership Series, which includes both in-person and online sessions.
