Annual Conference Unveils the Future of Integrated Absence Management

dmec-news_september-2016The 2016 DMEC Annual Conference launched a new generation of integrated absence management (IAM) professionals. At the start of the conference, DMEC CEO Terri Rhodes asked first-time attendees to raise their hands in the opening keynote session, and more than a third of the audience identified themselves as new to the conference.

“It is extremely encouraging to see such a large number of new attendees at the DMEC Annual Conference. It highlights both the growth in the IAM field as well as the commitment from employers to build effective programs by providing training and resources for their staff who are managing day-to-day operations,” said Rhodes.

First-time attendees not only enjoyed the chance to connect with a friendly, welcoming community of professionals, but they also had the opportunity to take advantage of over 40+ sessions and events.
