Jennifer NelsonResources, Tools & Tactics Archives

In this webinar, the Department of Labor (DOL) presented a head-to-toe overview of changes to its optional-use Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) forms. Attendees learned what has changed in the revision and got a glimpse of how the new forms look. A representative from the DOL’s Wage and Hour Division, which administers and enforces the FMLA, walked attendees through the revision process itself and provided an understanding of its most-requested changes to the forms.
