The global workforce has been facing a mental health crisis. Physical, mental, social, and financial health have all seen a marked decline over the past year, and more and more employees are struggling with burnout and depression. Findings show that as employers and employees are trying to find ways to cope, employees are not always taking the time off that they need. 27% of employees took less time off, and 36% indicated that the lack of paid leave is a source of stress.
Fueled by research findings and insights, this session explored strategies employers should implement to better support employees’ mental health, including key takeaways to improve employee well-being.
