The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the interconnectedness between physical, mental, and financial health. Imbalances in any one of these areas often create barriers for employees on leave to return to work. With more employers seeing the urgency to address the holistic needs of employees than ever before, there is an added urgency to provide tools to help employees access their available behavioral healthcare resources and data that encourages engagement for better return-to-work outcomes.
This session explored the best approach to deploying tech-driven solutions to support employees on disability leave while driving engagement.
