Companies of all industries and sizes were impacted by the pandemic, most notably by the massive shift from in-office work environments to the new work-from-home model. As offices begin to reopen, it’s important that employers have a plan in place for employees returning to the office, especially one that includes ADA considerations. This session discussed what employers should consider when developing a plan for returning employees to the office. We’ll also heard from executives at Panera Bread and Gonzaga University who shared their return-to-workplace plans and best practices for a successful return.
