Supporting Working Parents During the Pandemic

As many have experienced first-hand, being a working parent has not been easy during the pandemic. Unfortunately, the role continues to be difficult — whether you have transitioned back to the office or have become a permanent or flex work-from-home employee. Some parents had more difficult situations than others, as their career didn’t allow them the flexibility to work from home. Others worked full-time from home while also helping children with schoolwork and parenting them throughout the day.

I feel very fortunate to work for a company that offered many benefits and flexible options in order to help me, as well as my colleagues, succeed during this stressful time. My hope is that the programs and resources noted below offer ideas and best practices for other companies looking to support their working parents.
