Webinar Recording: Important Questions Employers Should Ask Before Implementing PFML

Jai HookerResources, Tools & Tactics Archives

No matter the industry, employers have difficult decisions when determining which benefits packages to offer employees while providing the most value. And those decisions are becoming more complex as new paid family and medical leave (PFML) plans are being adopted across the country.

This session explored the key questions employers should ask when determining how to implement a PFML plan. Using example scenarios, we reviewed the top considerations for maintaining in-force benefit plans when adding PFML and how these plans interact. We also discussed when and why private plans should be evaluated.
