Below is a series of resources you can use to plan your exhibit space and sponsorship at the upcoming 2024 DMEC Annual Conference at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, Aug. 5-8, 2024, in Nashville, TN. The DMEC Solutions Marketplace will be in Ryman Exhibit Hall B4 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. Please note that the exhibit hall is NOT carpeted. Exhibitors who wish to have carpeting in their exhibit space should purchase carpeting through Curtin Convention & Exposition Services, Inc.

2:30-3:15 pm – Dessert with Exhibitors
5:30-6:30 pm – Happy Hour with Exhibitors

7:00 am–3:15 pm – DMEC Solutions Marketplace Open

2:30-3:15 pm – Dessert with Exhibitors (Prize Giveaway announcements at 2:45 pm)

- May 30 – Early Bird prices for registration end. All registration pricing will increase.
- June 27 – Company Details Due: Description/Logo/Contact Information (to be published in mobile app; required for all exhibitors & sponsors)
- June 27 – Certificate of Insurance Due (required for all exhibiting companies)
- June 27 – Event Terms of Participation Due (required for all exhibiting companies)
- June 27 – Scavenger Hunt Question Due (required for all exhibiting companies)
- June 27 – Prize Giveaway Information Due (if participating)
- June 27 – Virtual Tote Bag Insert Due (if participating)
- June 27 – All Sponsor/Exhibitor Registrations Due
- June 27 – Sponsored Event Information Due (if applicable)
- June 27 – Advanced prices for registration end. All registration pricing will increase.
- July 1 – Aug. 1 – Curtin Advance Warehouse Open for Exhibitor Shipments (8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday only) *overtime fees apply to shipments received outside specified dates and times
- July 12 – Hotel Reservation Deadline
- July 15 – Curtin Discount Deadline
- July 19 – TSLeads Discount Deadline
- July 25 – Conference Online Registration Closes
- Aug. 5 – Direct to Show Site Shipments (12:30-5:00 pm)
- Aug. 5 – Set-up of Exhibits
