Your workforce is diverse, and so are their benefit needs — particularly those of the caregiving employee. As employee demographics shift, many workers are demanding increased flexibility and leave options to ensure they can care for their families and meet workplace responsibilities. But providing the right mix of benefits isn’t always an easy task for employers.
In this session, we explored the challenges employers face in offering caregiver leave and benefits, including common gaps for “non-traditional” caregivers in employer-sponsored leave plans. We investigated potential solutions, and attendees left equipped with an understanding of which benefits offer the highest return on investment.
