Jennifer Skeeters is a Senior Consultant, specializing in assisting our clients in the Absence, Disability, and Life Practice.

During her time at MMA, Jennifer has supported global employers across a range of industries including high-tech, financial services and manufacturing. Jennifer consults with her clients in the sourcing, implementation and ongoing management and optimization of their leave/disability, life and voluntary benefits programs.

Previously, Jennifer was a Director of Account Management at Alight (formerly ReedGroup). Her responsibilities included leadership of the account management team and ownership of client relationships for outsourcing clients across the public sector, food manufacturing, oil and gas, health services and technology industries. While at ReedGroup, Jennifer consulted with clients on program performance through delivery of benchmarks and other program analytics, acted as the financial steward of client relationships through keen awareness of client profitability and growth opportunities, and drove excellent client health and delivery through effective guidance and partnership with the operations, clinical, and technology teams. Within her department, Jennifer led the RFP response and change management disciplines.

Angela Eskandar has over 20 years of insurance industry experience and has a background consisting of carrier, fortune 500 employer and business owner experience. Angela provides Life, Disability and Leave program consulting to national employers within the practice.

Angela began her career as a vocational rehabilitation consultant at MetLife and then transitioned to a Senior Disability Consultant. She worked at Quest Diagnostics as a Manager, Life and Absence Programs. In this capacity she had overall responsibility for the company’s group Life, Disability, Leave of Absence, Time Off and Severance programs. Angela has deep vendor management, project management, return to work program development and implementation experience. She has also worked as an independent consultant providing vocational rehabilitation and absence management consulting services to employers and insurance carriers. Angela served as an adjunct professor for 5 years and has provided vocational expert testimony in hundreds of Social Security Disability hearings. Angela is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
