As technology propels us forward, many fear the human connection will be lost. We explored tips and tactics to build out program efficiencies without sacrificing the personal connection that so hugely impacts the employee experience. This session also explored a holistic approach to employee experience management that leverages artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and the human touch. We discussed ways for organizations to embrace the potential of technology while upholding the fundamental importance of human connection and empathy; ultimately driving greater employee and user experience.
