How can leave and disability managers navigate numerous challenges that can significantly affect employee experience and organizational efficiency? In this session, we discussed five key areas of concern identified by a recent Leave of Absence and Time Away from Work benchmarking study that was conducted across 18 industries with input from more than 200 employers:

- Managing intermittent leave
- Facilitating the return-to-work process
- Improving the employee experience
During this session, we explored how these challenges are trending across industries and discuss best practices and scenarios to help organizations navigate them effectively.
