DMEC’s room block at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel is now closed. The Sheraton Dallas Hotel is fully booked for the majority of our conference dates. However, if you still require accommodations, please visit the link below for several hotel options within a short drive and/or walk of the conference hotel. Note: Cancellations may lead to rooms becoming available at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. We highly recommend checking their webpage for any updates on room availability before finalizing your booking at a nearby hotel.
Parking
Self-parking is available for $17 USD plus tax, per night. Non-registered hotel day guests receive a rate of $30 plus tax. Daily valet parking is available for $45 USD plus tax

Support Your Association
We continue to make every effort to keep registration costs at a minimum for conference attendees. One way we do this is to negotiate a hotel room rate with the headquarters hotel, Sheraton Dallas Hotel, with the expectation that the majority of attendees will stay at the hotel. However, if the hotel room commitment is not met, DMEC will be penalized. To make sure there are no negative financial implications to DMEC and future conferences, we strongly encourage conference attendees to stay at the headquarters hotel.
