Make a Reservation
The discounted daily rate for DMEC conference attendees is $229 USD plus taxes and fees (including a resort fee). Make your reservation by March 6, 2023 to receive the discounted rate. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, which is refundable if reservation is canceled 72 hours prior to arrival.
Parking
Daily valet parking is available for $35 USD plus tax. Self-parking is available for $28 USD plus tax, per night. Non-registered hotel day guests receive a rate of $30 plus tax.
Dining Options
The Caribe Royale Resort’s dining options include grab-and-go items at Café 24 and Starbucks, breakfast at Tropicale, lunch and dinner at Calypso’s Pool Bar & Grille, cocktails at Rum Bar, and fine dining at The Venetian Chop House.
Support Your Association
We continue to make every effort to keep registration costs at a minimum for conference attendees. One way we do this is to negotiate a hotel room rate with the headquarters hotel, Caribe Royale Resort, with the expectation that the majority of attendees will stay at the hotel. However, if the hotel room commitment is not met, DMEC will be penalized. To make sure there are no negative financial implications to DMEC and future conferences, we strongly encourage conference attendees to stay at the headquarters hotel.
