Below is a series of resources you can use to help you plan your exhibit space and partnership at the upcoming 2025 DMEC Annual Conference at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Washington, DC. The DMEC Solutions Marketplace will be in Prince George’s Exhibit Hall E, lower atrium level, of the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

All exhibitor information is to be submitted online through the DMEC Sponsor & Exhibitor Portal. All primary exhibit contacts received log in information via email. See Curtin Exhibitor Kit for additional Curtin deadlines.
- May 29 — Early Bird prices for registration end. All registrations will increase in price.
- Jun. 26— Company Details Due: Description/Logo/Contact Information (to be published in mobile app; required for all exhibitors & sponsors)
- Jun. 26 — Certificate of Insurance Due (required for all exhibiting companies)
- Jun. 26 — Event Terms of Participation Due (required for all exhibiting companies)
- Jun. 26 — Scavenger Hunt Question Due (required for all exhibiting companies)
