In 2024, a majority of leave managers reported a rise in year over year leave and accommodations requests.  With mental health emerging as a key driver, these nuanced, complex requests can be challenging to navigate, especially at scale. This comprehensive webinar explored the intersection of mental health leave administration, compliance, and technology for managing claims both efficiently and compassionately. We examined the complex regulatory framework governing mental health leave and accommodations, including qualifying conditions under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA). Attendees gained practical insights into leveraging technology to streamline the administrative burden of managing increased claim volumes while maintaining compliance and enhancing the employee experience.
