Today, over 75 million women are in the workforce.1 Among them, 20% are between the ages of 45 and 54 – likely to experience or are experiencing menopause.2 Menopause continues to be a taboo topic in the workplace, yet it can have quite an impact on the workforce. Symptoms cannot only disrupt daily life but can last years. Alone, the missed workdays cost $1.8 billion annually.3 With conversations growing and other countries instituting valuable support, US employers are starting to ask what they can do.

To explore this issue, our experts will discuss its impact on workplace benefits. They’ll share their insights on this trending topic, discussions they are having, and where employers should begin to address these needs.
