Attendees will have the opportunity to view event information from their smart phones and tablets via the conference mobile app, a companion piece to the printed final program. This modern and convenient tool will offer the practical information needed to find their way around the conference, including the session agenda, exhibitor and attendee information, conference logistics, and other event activities. Sponsorship cost includes two custom logo designed key cards (replaces standard keys) for each attendee and distribution by hotel staff at check in. A 50% deposit is required for your sponsorship/booth contract to be processed. The final amount due will be invoiced and due within 30 days of final invoice date. If an invoice for a check payment is requested, the FULL INVOICE AMOUNT is due no later than 30 days from the submission of your contract. In case of cancellation, deposits are nonrefundable.
