Our decisions and preventive measures are guided by the requirements and recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and federal, state, and local health authorities.
In order to attend the 2022 DMEC FMLA/ADA Employer Compliance Conference:
- Attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Attendees must provide proof of vaccination prior to arriving onsite at the conference.
- Attendees must adhere to the policies and requirements outlined in the DMEC COVID-19 Duty of Care Agreement.

We will be offering a content-rich one-day virtual event for those that are unable to join us in Los Angeles. The 2022 DMEC Virtual Compliance Conference will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. The event will run from 11:00 am-5:00 pm ET and will include four of the highest-rated sessions from our in-person compliance conference held in March 2022.
