All exhibitor information is to be submitted online through the DMEC Sponsor & Exhibitor Portal. All primary exhibit contacts received log in information via email. See Curtin Exhibitor Kit for additional Curtin deadlines.
- Feb. 6 — Early Bird prices for registration end. All registrations will increase in price.
- Feb. 27 — Company Details Due: Description/Logo/Contact Information (to be published in mobile app; required for all exhibitors & sponsors)
- Feb. 27 — Certificate of Insurance Due (required for all exhibiting companies)
- Feb. 27 — Event Terms of Participation Due (required for all exhibiting companies)
- Feb. 27 — Scavenger Hunt Question Due (required for all exhibiting companies)
